More of Energy Lake

Ok, so while I am overnight at a W*M and have good wi-fi coverage, I am going to post the rest of these pictures of Energy Lake Campgound.
View from the passenger side, still lots of pretty leaves!
View from the driver's side looking back, you can see the lake
out front of my camping space, onto the camp roadway.
The bath-house up over the hill across from my camp space.
This is the community buildinmg....
with washer and dryer facilities
dining and gathering area
displays of the different speices of trees that grow here.....
but not sure what these weavings are, maybe these and some rope samples are from the Indians who lived in the area before the forming of the lakes here. This place has a very interesting history. and besides all that it is a very nice place to camp. It will always be one of my stops when in the area.

Well, enough for tonight. I have a surprise for tomorrow!!!

  1. Well, your blogs are always interesting and I especially like your pictures. I was just thinking today as I sat out on my patio eating breakfast that I can't wait until your RV touches down here.

Today I rate my yard, I change the oil in my ATV,fixed a flat on one of my wagons and moved it to a different place. I trimmed down to rose bushes and one other course that I don't know what kind it is. That leaves me nine more rose bushes to go. And I watered the trees that a lady who parks her RV here ran over. It was a blood orange about for a half feet high. That really bummed me out. But I never tried to save it. If I can. She said she will have a nursery Camen plant another blood orange tree in another spot and hopefully I'll be able to have oranges off of it next year. Then I came in and watched TV for a while and when I woke up I had a bowl of ice cream – chocolate – and then we got ready to go to a Bible study tonight and as we were about ready to leave. I felt a low sugar attack coming on. So I checked my sugar in it was down to 67. Earlier that day and been as high as 250 and then when I came in from working outside it was down to 160 some. So why in the world after eating regular and then meeting that bowl of ice cream. That was a mystery to me. If this dfoes nt make sense it is because I am using Dragon and not bothering to check for mistakes. So I will go for now. ILY and can not wait to see you here!!!
